I know I haven't in quite a while. I just really haven't much to post about here so I didn't feel the need to post I suppose. On a good note since I last posted I have been working and getting more hours hours in the past year. I have reconnected with family on dad's side of the family is a good feeling.

On a not so good side,as to why this post is coming about is I have had some neighbors the past year that just seem as if they are the biggest idiots. The girl,if she don't like something will yell
just to get something the way she wants. Last summer the neighbors downstairs dominated the porch as if it belonged to them so if we were to want to sit on the porch we had to sit on the steps. She'd yell from inside the house if I had someone drop me off and pull into the driveway not even a minute. The winter didn't get any better the heat (in which the downstairs controls) turns up the heat way to high where I can't even touch the heater even after telling them multiple times that its to hot, only to be told that the heat is set at 70*. Yes I know that heat rises but the temperature upstairs should not be between on average 76-78 and I wake up in the middle of the night, hot and sometimes sweating having to kick off the comforter and we have to use a fan and open the window in the middle of winter. They say they are cold and takes forever to heat up to 68 degrees I just want to say,it wouldn't take forever if you'd leave it at 68-70 and close the front door if you want the sunlight to come in open the blinds.

Today was just ridiculous I come home at 2:30 from work and its a lot warmer inside than it is outside and the thermometer is reading 79 degrees and the heater is untouchable and in the evening when the sun is down the heat is off at least for 6 hours

Woolworths shut its doors in the U.K. last week, sending many into a frenzy of nostalgia and bargain shopping. What now-closed store or chain do you wish was still open?

Well I can actually think of a couple store that I wish were open, first of all Woolworth's, I used to always ride my bike or walk to Woolworth's when I'd have a little cash at a plaza, few time I've ate at the cafeteria there and had the icecream, after closing,it was taken over first by FoodTown then and still is Krogers

Secondly I have always liked going to Hills and AMES which is now an Antique Mall

other places I've missed since closing.

I have just one question. Where was the 49ers team all year that showed up against the Arizona Cardinals to win in overtime by the scored 37-31. This is the most they scored all season. The offense seem to have gone out and did what they need to do and scored touchdowns and not just field goals..and RUN THE BALL..The 49ers were supposed to be one of the teams that could win the NFC West and make it to the playoffs, with all the improvements that we had made. Trent Dilfer actually had gone out and threw for two TDs and Frank Gore had two touchdowns as well.

Also with the upsets with college games this season with Kansas losing to Missouri and LSU losing to Arkansas Ohio State moved up to third and if Missouri or West Virginia loses we could have the chance at national championship title game but I am not getting my hopes up at all or I'll just find myself getting upset if this doesn't happen. So for now I'll stick with the Rose Bowl berth at least its a BCS bowl bid. which by the way there still needs to be a playoff system in college football and if the Big 10 would just get another team to make it a even 12 teams in Big 10. *cough Notre Dame cough*

and for my last bit of rant I really hope that I get off early Monday since I stayed till 8pm on Friday with the CER inspection lady showed up I was there only to cook while she was there. And Saturday I was called into work about 11ish in the morning since the opening manager for the day (Joe) hadn't come in yet but after I gotten there he called and said he slept in and will be on his way in.

And the season keeps going for the Boston Red Sox.*grins* I didn't get to watch the game,as usual..but I did follow it as much as I could on yahoo. But its just not the same as to seeing it on the tv. But starting Tuesday I will be able to watch all the playoff games.

Therefore,as long as the Sox are in the playoffs my tv will be set the Sox games. and myself either planted on the couch or on the floor. well thats it for now..

Rememberin 9-11

I have been thinking lately of the events of the 9-11. I will always remember what I was doing, on the morning that it all happened. I had been at work for just less then hour when the first plan hit the first tower,at first didn't think much of it,then I had heard a second plane had hit the second tower and knew something was up. I listened to the radio, for any details they could tell, then about the time when the second tower was about to fall,I turned on the tv that we had at work. I spent the day at work, watching the tv,more then actual work. It was one of the few times that I was slow during the day,and didn't get much of my prep done. All I could think about was what was going on and how I didn't want to be there. Other businesses were being closed around us,except for us..we were one of the few stores that were left opened. After work,Traci(sister) came and picked me up,we went to eat, then I went home and watched more of the coverage.

Now its been two years since it had happened, and I haven't seen anything much on tv,I looked onto the tv guide on cable, and saw CNN has a memorial service..I heard on the radio on one of the morning shows, that they'll be doing something.

When I am home after work tomorrow ,I will be lighting candles,in rememberance of those lost on 9-11.

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
(found this next part in a friends journal and thought I'd post it)
On the evening of September 11th, rain or shine, light up the front of your home, your yard, your street, your walkway, your porch, your front steps.

Take time and remember the events of 9-11, how deeply you were moved, scared, touched. Pray that our nation continues the fight on terrorism so that events such as this do not happen again on our soil.

Pass this along and hopefully by 9-11 it will have reached many throughout the USA and perhaps even the world. What a statement to our nation, our neighbors and especially to those lost on that tragic day.

Ok my first week at the new store isn't so bad. I worked with the new general manager Jim. He's not as bad as I had heard. He actually works, unlike certain managers *mumbles Kristen* who have stayed on the phone and when she closed, she has left stuff not done for the opener, but she would use the excuse that she had a bad night, most of the time I would look at the sales and see they weren't busy. I did remember why I never really liked working in dinein store, well at least there isn't a chance to be bored. There is always something that needs to be done. As expected I had heard of people complaining because they had to do a little work.

Yesterday, was the start of the Ohio State Buckeyes season, they played Washington Huskies and they won..WOOOHOOO! GO BUCKEYES!

just had to do this.
